USA

The USA, the land of the free and the home of the brave, is a 50 state country, covering a huge part of North America. Alaska is in the North and Hawaii in the Pacific. Atlantic coast important cities are New York, also known as the Big Apple, and Washington DC, the capital of the country. Population: around 330 million people. With so many people living in this country, what are the options when you want to invest in Real Estate in the USA? Let’s find out more about the country before we continue exploring specific cities and their investment opportunities.

The country is very popular among tourists. More than 80 million people visit the USA every year. Climate is temperate with few exceptions in the North and South. Hawaii and South Florida have a tropical climate, the Arctic tundra climate in Alaska, and the far West have little or no rain because of the desert. The Great Plains, flatland in North America, is dry and grassy.

Why Should You Invest in the USA?

The United States is a world power in every sense of the word. Economically, for the movie, music, sport, and tech industry, and many other ways. The Grand Canyon, The Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, are just some of the gems of sightseeing that this beautiful country has to offer.

Before 2007, Real Estate in the USA was flourishing,  prices were rising constantly. Housing prospects came to an end in the 2008 financial crisis. They were back on track in 2013 until the average sales price of homes flattened and began to fall in 2019. In 2020 change is happening, and again we can see a rise in housing prices. USA home prices in 2022, according to the latest market forecast, despite strong demand in 2020 till now, are expecting slow value growth in 2022.

Where are the hottest US housing market locations right now? The hottest housing markets are Phoenix, Austin, and Salt Lake City. Those three are our sincere recommendations for property investment opportunities. Many smaller inland West markets are also experiencing an increase in value, and our suggestion is to take advantage of it eagerly. The time is now!
